Sergii Kryzhanivskyi is the author of the program "the Information help to the population of Ukraine", which purpose, creation of a universal information database in association with the organisation of accurate management of government bodies in Ukraine.

In december, 2009 Sergii Kryzhanivskyi, has created in Toronto, Canada and has headed the international public association "Canadian - Israeli - Russian - Ukrainian study group of problems of civil society".
